From January 1 to December 31, 2012, a free transfer accommodation service will be provided for overnight transit passengers who are connecting within 24 hours in Beijing, ShangHai and ChengDu on Air China International to International, International to Domestic, and Domestic to Domestic flights.

If your schedule qualifies for this service, please book your flight ticket and hotel through the Air China reservation department. Once the hotel is confirmed, please bring identification to our ticketing office to purchase and pick-up the e-ticket.

1. Condition
A free transfer accommodation service will be provided for Air China International，Regional or Domestic overnight transit passengers (overnight transfer and transfer time cannot exceed 24 hours) in Beijing, ShangHai or ChengDu if purchased through the Air China reservation and ticketing department.
If you request a refund after ticketing, an additional fee of RMB300 will be charged separately as a penalty for your flight ticket. For ShangHai reservations, charges will be applied according to other regulations.

2. Ticketing Deadline
All ticket purchases must be completed before 17:00 two days prior to the departure of the first connecting flight.

3. Procedures
If you are TWOV (Transit Without Visa) passenger, please go through "D/P only" at the immigration checkpoint and obtain permission from the authorities to stay for up to 24 hours. If you have a Chinese visa, please go through the entry procedures.
After picking up your baggage, please go to the Air China Transfer Service counter in front of arrival hall located on Level 2 in Beijing, or to the No.77 check-in counter on level 2 in ChengDu airport and present your valid ID (or passport) to our staff. We will arrange your transportation to your hotel after checking your confirmed record. For Shanghai procedures, please contact our staff for information.
